First pause of the Denver 20213 river surfing season will happen today by about 2pm when the flow subsides at RRP. Still respectable flow but will likely need some waveshaping at RRP…. Exact time of change is was not stated but likely 10:30am.
Chatfield release was decreased from 460 to 400 cfs today Friday, July 7, 2023.
Appears the drop happened about 9:45am but will not have much impact on RRP surf… So if you got a surfboard then, SMOKE ‘EM IF YA GOT ‘EM…
