Come on we have been sitting on basically 60cfs for 5 days straight 24 hrs a day…. Somebody close the gate more for like night hours and open it wider for daylight surf hours….

In the Upper Arkansas River that the Scout Wave is on, they call it the VFMP (Voluntary Flow Management Program) that guarantees environmental and recreational flow during the water call/release months.
