Beaver Wave meeting w/ City 2:30pm at Beavs. Sixx will be likely not be surfable w/ flood watch in the foothills bringing water in, but keep an eye on the Union gauge and pole cam. Big Benni’s will be surfing good.

Last Surf Trivia: Jack O’Neill (March 27, 1923– June 2, 2017) inventor of the modern day wetsuit (O’Neill Wetsuits). Lost his eye to an early version of the leg rope (aka “surf leash)” who while surfing slingshot his board back into his face/eye.
Beavers Wave Meeting: All invited 2:30pm at the wave on the bike path to ask for a break in the path railing for entry into the river just below the wave. Park at Johnson-Habitat Park or Vanderbilt Park.
