Call out for any deep-pocketed investors in Denver. EpicSurf of Aquatic Development Group for the past few years have been in search of partners to build a standing wave pool in Denver, ColoRADo. They even have a REIT (real estate investment trust) with funds to do it. Catch is; need a developer in Denver, and people willing to put skin in the game. We are talking like $10 million in skin to build the wave pool along with retail and food/beverage next to it; and, that doesn’t even include the land.
