Years past, John Blackshire of the Colorado SUP Club, has tried to negotiated water release for this event. Not sure if he ever got water for the event(s), but at least he has had the guts to try to get some guaranteed flow.
Maybe a 16th Street Wave surf session is in order, if Cherry Creek sends water and Chatfield release is not up to snuff?!?
