Debatable if a leash is really needed or not at Scout Wave. People are surfing Scout easily without a leash

It is your choice to use a leash or not, but if you do use a leash, you had better know how to deploy/release it like your life depends upon it.

SUGGESTIONS:

1) Surf without a leash! Watch and learn how others do it.

2) If you use a leash, learn about muscle memory movement and fine motor skills under pressure. It takes thousands of times of repetitive action to learn fine motor skills and will require continued practice.
